I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and excellent service. The location was convenient, although the hotel could use some updates. The dining experience was good, but with some room for improvement in certain areas.

Nevertheless, they were spacious and clean with a comfy bed. The service provided was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and accommodating without hesitation. The location was convenient and near everything we needed, making it a great base to explore North Yorkshire. The dining experience was delightful, especially the full English breakfast, and the facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.

However, there were cobwebs and spiders possibly from a previous Christmas party. The service was exceptional, especially in catering to dietary needs and special requests. The location was convenient, close to Pickering center and other attractions. The dining experience was outstanding, served by a great team in a beautiful dining room. Overall, a nice stay with some minor room cleanliness issues.
